Description
VCOIL plug gauge for BSP right-hand threads, sized 7/8 x 14, designed for Helicoil (Heli Coil) applications. This go/no-go gauge adheres to ANSI/ASME thread standards, delivering fast, reliable checks for threaded parts.
- Thread type: BSP (STI) Right-Hand threads, 7/8 x 14
- Go/No-Go design: The go end must screw into the thread by hand to confirm acceptance; the no-go (scrap) end must not be able to turn more than two full turns in the thread
- Scrap marking: Scrap side is marked with a red ring for quick visual rejection
- Standards & testing: Manufactured and inspected to ANSI/ASME thread standards
- Construction & grip: Knurled body provides secure handling during use
- Reference temperature: Parts and gauges reference temperature is 20°C
- Intended use: Ideal for verifying Helicoil inserts and BSP threaded holes where D/E sizes are specified

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
