Description
The Widin Carbide Corner Radius End Mill is a versatile four-flute cutting tool designed specifically for mold and die machining. Its carbide construction and variable index geometry deliver stable cutting, efficient chip evacuation, and smooth finishes, making it ideal for contouring, filleting, and cavity work across a range of materials.
This tool measures 20 mm in diameter with a 150 mm overall length and a 2 mm corner radius (R2). It is available in different corner radius sizes to match your mold geometry, providing the flexibility you need to optimize performance on every job while preserving rigidity and long tool life.
- Four-flute carbide design for stability and efficiency: The extra flute increases rigidity and material removal capability, enabling higher feed rates and more consistent finishes without sacrificing dimensional accuracy.
- Variable index geometry for reliable chip evacuation: Optimized flute spacing reduces chip packing and heat buildup, improving surface quality and extending tool life in demanding mold and die applications.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
