Vortex HSS Slitting Saw (Imperial) is a precision tool crafted for reliable slotting and milling on standard machines. With a 2.5" diameter, 1" bore, and 26 teeth in a coarse pitch, this saw is built to deliver consistent, efficient cuts.
- Diameter: 2.5" (64 mm) circle for stable, accurate slots
- Bore size: 1" bore to fit standard arbors
- Kerf width: 1/32" (0.03125") for precise slot dimensions
- Teeth: 26 teeth with coarse pitch for aggressive material removal
- Material: High-speed steel (HSS) body for wear resistance and heat tolerance
- Ground geometry: Hollow ground to bore to maximize side clearance and reduce rubbing
- Kerf tolerance: +/- 0.001" to support tight, repeatable slots

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
