Description
The Vortex HSS Slitting Saw is a premium, imperial-sized cutting tool designed for precise slotting and light milling in metalworking. With a 7" diameter, 1/16" thick blade, 48 teeth, and a 1" bore, it’s built for machinists who demand dependable, repeatable results.

Designed to deliver clean, accurate slots with minimal chatter, the Vortex HSS Slitting Saw provides controlled chip evacuation and repeatable results. The hollow-ground bore improves clearance between the arbor and saw, reducing rubbing and heat buildup during heavy cuts. The 48-tooth, coarse-pitch geometry balances fast stock removal with smooth edges, making it ideal for roughing operations in steel, aluminum, and other metals. The 1" bore fits common slitting saw arbors, enabling quick changes in busy shop environments, while the 7" diameter offers ample reach for larger slots without sacrificing rigidity. With tight kerf tolerances, you can expect consistent slot widths across passes to meet exacting dimensional requirements every time.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
