Vortex HSS Slitting Saw is a premium cutting tool designed for metalworking professionals who need precise, repeatable slotting in a compact, easy-to-use form. This 4" imperial slitting saw features a 1" bore and 34 teeth, delivering reliable performance on standard milling machines.

The Vortex 4" HSS Slitting Saw is built to deliver dependable performance in slotting applications. Its hollow-ground bore improves chip clearance and reduces rubbing at the edges, while the coarse tooth arrangement speeds up slot creation without compromising edge quality. This makes it well-suited for slots, keyways, or tight allowances in steel, cast iron, and certain nonferrous materials. For best results, pair with proper arbors and maintain appropriate feeds and speeds, using coolant as needed to extend tool life.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
