The Vortex HSS Slitting Saw (Coarse Pitch, Imperial) is a precision cutting tool built for slotting and light milling in metalworking. Designed for machinists and shop environments, it delivers reliable, clean kerfs and steady performance in ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

- Width: 1/16" (1.6 mm) thickness for precise, narrow slots
- Bore: 1" (25.4 mm) compatible with common imperial arbors
- Teeth: 28 teeth for a balanced pace of material removal and cut quality
- Material: High-speed steel (HSS) for toughness and heat resistance
- Pitch: Coarse pitch optimized for faster removal in slotting applications
- Ground to Bore: Hollow ground to the bore to improve side clearance and reduce rubbing
- Kerf Tolerance: Tight kerf tolerance within +/- 0.001" for consistent cuts
