Description
Vortex HSS Slitting Saw is a premium high-speed steel cutting tool designed for machinists, fabricators, and CNC operators who need precise, durable slotting in metal. This imperial-size saw features a 3" diameter, 1" bore, 1/32" width, and 30 teeth for efficient, reliable performance in standard milling setups.
- Diameter: 3 inches (76.2 mm) for stable, generous cutting capacity
- Teeth: 30 teeth for a balance of chip clearance and finish quality
- Width / Kerf: 1/32 inch (0.03125") to produce narrow slots
- Bore: 1 inch (25.4 mm) to fit common milling machine arbors

- Grounding: Hollow ground to the bore to enable side clearance during cuts

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
