- Diameter: 4" (102 mm) cutting diameter for standard slitting operations
- Teeth: 100-teeth fine-pitch configuration for smooth cuts and superior surface finish
- Kerf width: 1/64" (0.016") kerf to minimize material waste and maintain slot precision
- Bore: 1" bore compatible with common slitting saw arbors for secure seating
- Material & finish: High-Speed Steel (HSS) with hollow-ground bore to optimize side clearance and maintain geometry
- Tolerance: Engineered for tight kerf engagement and consistent dimensional control, typically within +/- 0.001"
- Applications: Ideal for precise slotting in steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and other non-ferrous alloys
This slitting saw is crafted to reduce setup time and deliver dependable cut quality on every pass.
