Description
Vortex HSS Slitting Saw in imperial size is a premium, fine-pitch cutting tool designed for precision slotting in metalworking. Ideal for machine shops and CNC setups, this 1-3/4" diameter, 90-tooth saw delivers clean, accurate slots with minimal burr and dependable repeatability.
- Diameter: 1-3/4" (1.75") slitting saw for precise slotting in compact workpieces
- Teeth: 90 teeth, fine-pitch arrangement for smoother cuts and high edge quality
- Kerf: 0.012" kerf for minimal waste and tight slot dimensions
- Bore: 5/8" (0.625") bore compatible with standard milling arbors

- Ground geometry: Hollow-ground to the bore to enable side clearance and reduce rubbing
- Kerf Tolerance: Tight kerf tolerance within +/- 0.001" to maintain slot accuracy
