BaerCoil UNF thread inserts are precision-engineered fasteners designed to reinforce and repair threaded holes in metal or plastic, delivering durable, wear-resistant performance for high-stress assemblies. Made from austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel (AISI 304) with a tensile strength of at least 1400 N/mm2, these inserts ensure a reliable, long-lasting thread connection.
- Material & Strength: Austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel (AISI 304) with tensile strength ≥ 1400 N/mm2 for dependable performance in demanding environments.
- Cross-Section Design: Rhombic cross-section created by cold-form swaging to maximize thread engagement and provide efficient space utilization inside the hole.
- Thread Type: UNF (Unified Fine Thread) compatibility, sized for precise, high-load fastening with standard UNF applications.
- Wear & Surface Performance: Enhanced wear resistance, reduced thread abrasion, and a smoother surface finish for extended service life.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
