  • UNF Size & Length: No4 x 48 thread insert designed for universal UNF fastener compatibility and a precise fit.
  • Material: Austenitic chromium-nickel steel (stainless steel AISI 304) with a tensile strength of at least 1400 N/mm2 for lasting durability.
  • Cross-Section & Manufacturing: Rhombic cross-section achieved by cold-form swaging, optimizing load distribution and maximizing usable space in the threaded area.
  • Performance Benefits: Enhanced wear resistance, reduced thread abrasion, smoother surface finish, and improved corrosion and heat resistance compared with typical single-thread connections.
  • Installation Depth: Recommended depth of 2xD to ensure a secure, flush fit and reliable clamping force.
