BaerCoil UNF No5 x 44 thread inserts are stainless steel reinforcements designed to restore and strengthen UNF-threaded holes, delivering reliable performance in challenging environments. Made from austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel (AISI 304) with a minimum tensile strength of 1400 N/mm2, these inserts are built for long service life in critical assemblies.

  • UNF size: No. 5 x 44 insert for standard UNF-threaded holes
  • Material: AISI 304 stainless steel (austenitic Cr-Ni) with tensile strength ≥ 1400 N/mm2
  • Cross-section: Rhombic (diamond) profile produced by cold-form swaging to maximize thread engagement and space efficiency
  • Wear and abrasion resistance: Optimized to resist thread wear under repeated assembly and disassembly
  • Corrosion and heat resistance: Enhanced protection for demanding environments
  • Performance advantage: Provides a robust thread connection compared with typical single-screw joints
