BaerCoil UNF thread insert No10 x 32 - 2xD is a high-performance stainless steel threaded insert engineered to reinforce tapped holes and extend fastener life in demanding assemblies.

Material: Austenitic chromium-nickel steel (AISI 304) with a tensile strength of at least 1400 N/mm2, delivering strong, corrosion-resistant performance.
Cross-section and Manufacturing: Rhombic cross-section created by cold-form swaging for efficient space usage and dependable engagement with the host material.
Thread and Size: UNF thread insert sized No. 10 with a length specification of 32, designed to offer a 2xD length (two times the major diameter) for optimized load distribution.
Wear and Finish Performance: Enhanced wear resistance and reduced thread abrasion, contributing to a smoother, longer-lasting threaded connection.
Corrosion and Heat Resistance: Stainless-steel construction provides reliable corrosion resistance and good thermal tolerance in tougher environments.
