BaerCoil BSP thread inserts in G 1/4 x 19 are precision-engineered stainless steel inserts designed to reinforce and repair tapped holes in metal components. They deliver durable, vibration-resistant threads that stand up to wear, corrosion, and heat, making them ideal for professional assemblies and maintenance tasks.

Thread size: G 1/4 BSP thread insert for standard BSP connections
Material: Austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel (AISI 304) with a minimum tensile strength of 1400 N/mm2
Cross-section design: Rhombic cross-section achieved by cold-form swaging for efficient load distribution and streamlined engagement
Depth compatibility: 2 × D installation depth to ensure robust, long-lasting thread engagement
Performance: Superior wear resistance, reduced thread abrasion, improved surface finish, and enhanced corrosion and heat resistance compared with traditional screw connections
