  • Material: Austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel (AISI 304) with a tensile strength of at least 1400 N/mm2.
  • Cross‑section: Rhombic profile achieved by cold‑form swaging for maximum grip and efficient use of space.
  • Size: BSP G 1/2 thread insert designed for robust BSP connections.
  • Manufacturing method: Cold‑formed swaging creates a precise, uniform insert that resists loosening under load.
  • Performance: Superior wear resistance, reduced thread abrasion, smoother surface finish, and excellent corrosion and heat resistance compared with standard screw connections.
