BaerCoil BSP thread insert for G 3/4 x 14, 1.5 x D, is a high‑performance solution designed for engineers and machinists who need durable, reliable threaded joints in metal assemblies.
- Material: Austenitic chromium‑nickel stainless steel (AISI 304) with a tensile strength of at least 1400 N/mm².
- Cross‑section: Rhombic profile created by cold‑form swaging to maximize thread engagement and optimize space within the hole.
- Wear and corrosion resistance: Enhanced wear resistance, reduced thread abrasion, superior surface finish, and improved corrosion and heat resistance compared to standard screw connections.
- Manufacturing process: Cold‑swaged rhombic construction ensures consistent geometry and even load distribution across the threaded joint.
- Size and compatibility: BSP thread type G 3/4 x 14, 1.5 D length, suitable for robust, reusable threads in metal housings and components.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
