Description
BaerCoil BSP thread inserts for G 3/4 x 14 offer a durable, high-strength solution to restore and reinforce tapped holes in metal components. Designed for demanding mechanical assemblies, these inserts deliver reliable thread engagement and long service life.
- Material: Austenitic stainless steel (AISI 304) with a tensile strength of at least 1400 N/mm2 for excellent wear and corrosion resistance.
- Cross‑section & forming: Rhombic cross-section swaged in cold-form for precise fit, maximum thread contact, and efficient space utilization.
- Thread size: BSP thread standard G 3/4 x 14, suitable for plumbing and machinery applications requiring robust thread repair.
- Insertion length: Length = 2.5 × D, providing substantial engagement depth for secure, lasting connections.
- Performance advantages: Superior wear resistance, reduced thread abrasion, better surface finish, and enhanced corrosion and heat resistance compared with conventional screw connections.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
