Introducing the Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool for Face Grooving. This solid carbide bar from the Tiny Tools family is engineered for face grooving applications and delivers true straight grooves with a 5 mm minimum diameter and a 0.75 mm groove width.
Configured as BMK grade, it combines sub-micron carbide with advanced PVD triple coating (ISO K10-K20) to deliver extremely high heat resistance and smooth cutting, enabling maximum performance across a wide range of materials.
- BMK Sub-Micron Grade with Triple PVD Coating: Sub-micron carbide with an advanced triple-layer PVD coating delivers outstanding heat resistance and a smooth cutting action, helping to extend tool life and maintain tight groove tolerances even during longer runs.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
