Introducing the Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool for Face Grooving. This solid carbide bar is designed specifically for face grooving applications, delivering straight grooves with a clean, repeatable surface. With an 8 mm minimum diameter and a 3 mm groove width, it provides precise control in tight spaces and is well-suited for stainless steels and a wide range of materials.
- Straight-groove geometry for clean faces: Engineered for face grooving, this tool produces straight grooves that yield a crisp, consistent finish and reduce post-processing effort.
- Two advanced coating options for broad material compatibility: Choose BXC TiN for low-speed cutting on stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40) or BMK with a sub-micron structure and triple PVD coating for high heat resistance and smooth cutting (ISO K10-K20).
- Rigid carbide construction in a compact size: The 8 mm minimum diameter and 3 mm groove width paired with durable carbide deliver long tool life, stable cutting, and precise grooves in demanding setups.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
