Description
The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a precision solid carbide bar engineered for full-radius grooving and general turning tasks. Its compact geometry—7.1 mm minimum diameter with a 1.5 mm groove width and a 22 mm reach—lets you access tight pockets and small-diameter parts while delivering accurate groove profiles and a clean surface finish.
Available in two high-performance grades, BXC and BMK, the tool adapts to a wide range of materials and cutting speeds. BXC is a PVD TiN-coated grade optimized for low-speed cuts on stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40), providing reliable performance in tougher alloys. BMK is a sub-micron grade with an advanced PVD triple coating (ISO K10-K20), offering exceptional heat resistance and smooth cutting for broader material use—making it a versatile, all-purpose choice.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
