The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a compact solid carbide tool designed for full-radius grooving and reliable general turning on small-diameter workpieces. With a 5.1 mm minimum diameter, 2 mm groove width, and a 15 mm reach, it delivers precise grooves in tight spaces while remaining versatile for a range of turning tasks. This tool is offered in MKR and BMK grade formats to suit different cutting needs and materials.
- Full-radius grooving design: Achieve clean, consistent grooves with a smooth wall finish and minimal finishing passes, even on small-diameter parts.
- BXC TiN coated MKR grade for low-speed stainless steel work: Optimized for low cutting speeds to extend edge life and reduce wear when machining stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40).
- BMK grade with advanced triple PVD coating: Sub-micron, high-heat-resistant formulation delivers smooth cutting and reliable performance across a wide range of materials.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
