The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a precision solid carbide bar designed for full-radius grooving on small-diameter workpieces. With a minimum diameter of 6.1 mm, a 1 mm groove width, and a 15 mm reach in a left-hand configuration, it delivers accurate grooves in tight spaces. While optimized for grooving, the tool is also well-suited for general turning, providing a versatile single-tool solution for demanding machining tasks.
Built around the BMK grade, a sub-micron carbide with advanced PVD triple coating (ISO K10-K20), it offers extremely high heat resistance and smooth cutting. This combination supports reliable performance across a wide range of materials, including stainless steels, making it a dependable choice for both professional shops and dedicated hobbyists.
