The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a precision solid carbide bar built for full-radius grooving and dependable turning on small-diameter parts. Its compact 5.1 mm minimum diameter and 1.5 mm groove width let you create tight grooves with consistent depth, in a single setup.
Designed for tight work areas, this left-hand tool offers a 15 mm reach for deeper pockets and stable cutting. It comes in two high-performance grades—BXC and BMK—to match your material and speed needs, delivering reliable performance across a range of stainless steels and other common materials.
- Full-radius grooving and general turning in one tool: Handles precise grooves while also serving as a reliable turning tool, reducing tool changes and speeding setup.
- Two premium carbide grades for versatile performance: BXC with PVD TiN coating supports low-speed cutting on stainless steels; BMK is a sub-micron grade with a triple PVD coating for excellent heat resistance and smooth cutting—covering a wide material range.
- Left-hand geometry with compact reach: 15 mm reach and 5.1 mm minimum diameter (1.5 mm groove width) in a left-handed configuration, optimized for tight setups and efficient chip clearance.
This tool delivers more consistent groove quality, longer tool life, and a smoother cutting experience, helping you complete projects faster with less downtime.
