Description
Engineered for precision threading in demanding environments, Carmex MTB Solid Carbide Thread Mills with Through Coolant deliver dependable, through-bore cooling for UNC/UNF threading. Built for shops that perform internal thread milling in tough materials, these tools combine durability with process efficiency.
- Through coolant bore: Coolant is delivered directly through the tool bore to flush chips from deep holes and carry heat away from the cutting edges, helping maintain stable cutting conditions.
- Solid carbide construction: Premium carbide substrate provides high hardness and wear resistance for consistent thread quality over long runs.
- Thread forms supported: Compatible with UNC, UNF, UNEF, and UNS internal threads, specifically 7/16 x 14.
- MT7 shank: Morse Taper 7 shank for secure seating in compatible milling machines, reducing runout and vibration.
- Optimized geometry: Flute design and rake optimized for smooth chip evacuation and clean thread profiles.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
