The Carmex MTB Thread Mills are high-precision solid carbide tools built for reliable internal thread milling in UN/UNC/UNF/UNEF/UNS specifications. Designed for shops that require repeatable, accurate threads and longer tool life, they feature through-bore coolant to keep chips moving and the cutting edge cooled for better performance.
- Thread size: 7/16-14 (7/16 x 14) in UN thread forms, supporting UNC/UNF/UNEF/UNS variants.
- Shank: MT7 Morse taper shank for secure, quick changes in compatible holders.
- Material: Solid carbide for rigidity, wear resistance, and stable cutting in demanding materials.
- Through-coolant: Through-bore coolant delivers coolant directly to the cutting edge, enhancing chip evacuation and reducing thermal buildup.
