The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a precision boring bar made from solid carbide. Its compact 2.5 mm minimum diameter and 10 mm reach let you work in tight bores and deep pockets while delivering clean, consistent finishes. With an R0 tip, it’s built for repeatable results across small features in a range of materials.

Two TNX-grade options tailor performance to your application. BXC is a PVD TiN-coated grade optimized for low cutting speeds and works well with a wide range of stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40). BMK is a sub-micron grade with an advanced PVD triple coating, offering extremely high heat resistance for maximum performance and smooth cutting; it is a general purpose solution for all materials.
