The Omega Indexable U-Drill delivers reliable, general-purpose through-hole drilling with interchangeable inserts, built for a wide range of materials including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, exotics, and non-ferrous metals. This 48 mm diameter tool uses the SPMG/SPKX ISO inserts a versatile solution for everyday machining, with through-coolant capability for efficient chip evacuation.

Designed for general-purpose indexable drilling, the Omega U-Drill supports deeper holes with a single setup thanks to its 5xD depth capability and interchangeable SPMG/SPKX inserts. The through-coolant design enhances chip evacuation and cut quality, while compatible holder depths (2xD–4xD) offer flexibility for different hole requirements without changing tools.
