The design translates into fewer bottlenecks in production. The secure insert clamp reduces runout, contributing to straighter slots and a better surface finish. The patented chip evacuation groove minimizes groove clogging, helping maintain consistent cutting action and longer tool life. With interchangeable carbide inserts and compatibility with multiple insert types, you can adapt quickly to different materials without replacing the entire cutter, reducing downtime and tooling costs. The high-speed capability of up to 17,200 RPM enables efficient material removal, while the 79.5 mm cutting depth allows deeper slots per pass, delivering improved throughput on demanding slitting tasks. The 200 mm diameter paired with 20 teeth provides a robust, balanced cut across typical metalworking applications.
