Y.T. Solid UFO T-Slot Insert - Steels, Stainless, Super Alloys - 25mm Cutter Diameter 0.7mm Thickness 6mm Cutting Depth 6 Teeth (3T1225-0.7-ME-B100)

The Y.T. Solid UFO T-Slot Insert is a precision cutting insert designed for small-slot machining in steels, stainless, and super alloys. With a 25mm cutter diameter and a 6-teeth UFO geometry, it delivers clean, consistent slots and dependable performance in tight tolerances.

Engineered for accuracy and long tool life, the tapered-polygon interface is ground with complete precision to maintain ±0.01 mm connect positioning, optimizing both cut quality and insert longevity. The insert supports a minimum thickness of 0.5 mm, with a diameter range from 10 to 32 mm. For finer thickness control, the stock includes standard increments as small as 0.1 mm.

• Precision-fit interface for reliable alignment: The tapered-polygon connection is ground to ±0.01 mm, enhancing machining accuracy and extending insert life by ensuring consistent seating and repeatable results.
• Wide size range with fine thickness options: Minimum thickness 0.5 mm and diameter range 10–32 mm, with 0.1 mm increments available in thinner sizes to match exact slot requirements.
• 6-teeth design with excellent chip evacuation: Six cutting edges and optimized geometry deliver smoother cuts and effective chip removal for small-slot applications.

This insert is built to deliver reliable results across demanding materials, helping you maintain tight tolerances, minimize downtime, and achieve consistent slot quality in steels, stainless, and super alloys. With its precise fit, broad size options, and robust 6-teeth geometry, it supports faster setup, fewer tool changes, and enhanced overall machining performance.
