Y.T. Solid UFO T-Slot Insert - Steels, Stainless, Super Alloys - 25mm Cutter Diameter 1.9mm Thickness 6mm Cutting Depth 6 Teeth (3T1225-1.9-ME-B100)

The Y.T. Solid UFO T-slot Insert (25 mm cutter diameter, 1.9 mm thickness, 6 mm cutting depth, 6 teeth) is built for precise, reliable small-slot milling in steels, stainless, and hard alloys. Its compact six-tooth design delivers clean slots and consistent performance, making it ideal for precision work, automation-ready setups, and routine maintenance tasks.

The tapered-polygon interface is ground to achieve the lowest connect tolerance of ± 0.01 mm, optimizing machining accuracy and insert life. It supports a minimum thickness of 0.5 mm and covers the full range of insert diameters from 10 to 32 mm; for thin inserts, we stock every 0.1 mm increment to ensure a precise fit for your slot requirements.

• Precision-fit interface: The tapered-polygon interface is fully ground to deliver a connect tolerance of ± 0.01 mm, ensuring repeatable alignment and longer insert life.
• Broad size range with fine thickness control: Supports diameters from 10 to 32 mm and thicknesses starting at 0.5 mm, with 0.1 mm increments for thin inserts to fit exact slot widths.
• Six-tooth design with optimized chip evacuation: The 6-teeth geometry provides stable, smooth cutting and efficient chip clearance in small-slot applications, enhancing surface finish and reducing downtime.

By choosing this UFO T-slot insert, you gain consistent performance across steels, stainless, and super alloys, reduced setup time, and higher-quality slots with less rework. The combination of precision fit, flexible sizing, and robust chip evacuation helps your shop move faster, deliver reliable results, and keep production on schedule.
