The Robert Charles Piloted Microstop Countersink is a precision cutting tool designed for repeatable countersinking with exact hole alignment. Its 3-flute design and integral pilot ensure starts are true and countersinks seat flush, even on tight-tolerance holes. Compatible with microstop cages, this tool delivers consistent depth control and reliable performance in demanding machining environments.
Featuring a threaded shank for secure fitment and dependable depth control, this countersink is built to withstand busy shop conditions. It wears a 10 mm cutter diameter and a 1/8" pilot diameter with a 90° countersink angle to meet common aerospace, automotive, and precision engineering requirements. Tight tolerances elevate accuracy: the pilot diameter is held to −0.0005" to −0.0015", helping ensure repeatable results across parts and production runs.
