Featuring a 3-flute cutting design and an integral pilot, it aligns the countersink with the bore for consistent bevels in a single pass. The threaded shank works with microstop cages to provide secure fitment and reliable depth control, making it ideal for production environments that demand repeatable results.
- Integral Pilot Alignment with 100° Profile: Ensures true hole alignment and a clean, flush countersink in a single pass, using a 10 mm cutter diameter and a precise 100° bevel for reliable finishes.
- Secure Threaded Shank with Depth Control: Locks firmly into your setup and microstop cage, delivering repeatable depth stops and stable performance across multiple parts.
- Tight Pilot Diameter Tolerance: Pilot diameter held to −0.0005" to −0.0015", providing consistent, aerospace-grade precision for demanding applications.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
