The Robert Charles Piloted Microstop Countersink is a precision tool designed for accurate countersinking with an integrated pilot. With a 120° countersink angle, a 10 mm cutter diameter, and a 3-flute cutting geometry, it delivers clean, consistent countersinks across aerospace, automotive, and precision engineering applications. The integral pilot ensures the countersink starts exactly where you intend, helping you achieve repeatable results every pass.
- Integral Pilot for Concentric Alignment: Keeps the countersink perfectly aligned with the drilled hole, reducing wander and ensuring each countersink starts true to size for smooth assembly and precise screw seating.
- Tight Pilot Diameter Tolerance: Pilot diameter held to −0.0005" to −0.0015", delivering exceptional repeatability and reliable depth control across lots of parts and multiple setups.
- Threaded Shank with Microstop Cage Compatibility: Secure, quick-lock fit in microstop cages that enables precise depth control and fast tool changes, minimizing downtime in high-volume or precision workflows.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
