Description
The Vortex Long Neck Flat 2 Flute End Mill is a precision CNC cutting tool engineered for machining deep, narrow geometries. Featuring a 1mm cutter diameter with a 16mm reach and a durable TiSiN coating, it provides reliable performance for professionals requiring accurate square-edge milling in confined workpiece areas.
- Long Neck Reach: The extended 16mm neck length allows deeper access to narrow pockets and tight contours that standard length tools cannot reach.
- TiSiN Coating: The titanium silicon nitride coating, visible as a bronze finish, reduces friction, lowers cutting temperatures, and extends overall tool life.
- 2 Flute Design: The dual-flute helix optimizes chip evacuation, ensuring a clean cut and smooth surface finish when machining soft to medium metals.
- Square Edge Profile: The flat 1mm cutting tip creates sharp, precise right-angle corners and flat bottoms without generating corner radii.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
