Description
This Vortex long neck flat end mill features a 3mm cutter diameter and a 16mm reach, designed for CNC machining in deep pockets and narrow slots. Its TiSiN coating and square edge profile provide durable cutting performance for sharp, 90-degree corners.
- Cutter Diameter: 3mm tip diameter for detailed profiling and tight-radius milling operations.
- Length of Cut: 16mm neck length allows the cutting edges to reach deep into slots and cavities that standard tools cannot access.
- Flute Count: Two flutes optimize chip evacuation and reduce cutting forces for stable machining.
- Coating: TiSiN (Titanium Silicon Nitride) coating increases surface hardness and heat resistance to extend tool life.
- Edge Type: Square edge creates flat bottoms and vertical walls with sharp internal corners.
