Description
The Vortex 2.5mm 2-Flute Long Neck End Mill is a precision CNC milling tool designed for machining deep, narrow pockets and intricate details in hard materials. Its TiSiN-coated square edge and extended 12mm reach deliver reliable cutting performance where standard end mills cannot access.
- 2-Flute Cutting Geometry: Optimized for efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes during high-speed milling operations.
- Precision Dimensions: Features a 2.5mm cutter diameter and a 12mm reach, allowing access to deep, restricted pockets without tool deflection.
- TiSiN Coating: Titanium Silicon Nitride coating increases surface hardness, reduces tool-to-chip friction, and extends tool life under high heat.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
