Carmor Carmex Thread Mills Mini Type Through-Coolant are compact, high-precision solid carbide cutters engineered for internal threading in small pre-drilled holes. Designed for anyone tackling UNC/UNF/UNEF/UNS threads in tight spaces, they deliver clean, accurate threads with efficient cooling directly at the cutting edge.
- Tool family: Solid carbide thread milling cutter, MTSB type with an internal cooling bore
- Through‑coolant design: High-pressure coolant is delivered through the tool into the pre-hole, actively washing chips away during the threading circle
- Effective edge cooling: Coolant liquid cools the cutting edge, reducing heat buildup and extending tool life
- Thread compatibility: Suitable for UN family threads (UNC, UNF, UNEF, UNS) in No. 4 x 80 applications
- Interface and size: Mini type geometry with MT7 compatibility to fit standard MT7 tool holders
