Carmex’s MTSB Mini Type through-coolant thread mills are precision solid-cartridge cutters designed for reliable, clean threading in pre-drilled holes across UNC, UNF, UNEF, and UNS forms. Built for professionals who demand consistent thread quality in confined spaces, these cutters deliver steady performance from the first pass to the last.
- Through-coolant bore: High-pressure coolant is delivered through the tool into the pre-hole and threading zone, washing chips away during the threading circle and cooling the cutting edge.
- Solid carbide construction: Rigid, wear-resistant material that maintains geometry and accuracy under demanding threading operations.
- Thread forms supported: Compatible with UNC, UNF, UNEF, and UNS threads; No. 10 diameter with 32 TPI (No. 10 x 32) for versatile small-thread work.
