Description
The Carmex Thread Mills Mini Type is a solid carbide thread milling cutter with an internal through-coolant bore, engineered for through-coolant threading in small pre-holes. Built for professional machining, it delivers reliable internal threads with efficient chip control and edge cooling across UNC, UNF, UNEF and UNS standards.
- Through-coolant bore: internal channel delivers coolant directly through the tool to the pre-hole for high-pressure flow and effective edge cooling during threading.
- Internal cooling capability: coolant washes the cutting edge and surrounding area to minimize heat buildup and tool wear.
- Chip evacuation during threading circle: coolant flow helps carry away chips as you complete each threading pass, improving stability and finish.
- Solid carbide construction: rugged, wear-resistant material that maintains precision in demanding threading operations.
- Thread size: No. 8 x 32 for UNC/UNF/UNEF/UNS internal threads, suitable for common imperial thread forms.
