Description
The Carmex Thread Mills Mini Type with through coolant offers precision threading for small UN standard holes, helping machinists achieve clean results in tight internal applications where chip control and heat management matter most.
- Internal Coolant Bore: Directs high-pressure coolant straight through the tool into the pre-hole to clear chips during the threading pass.
- Solid Carbide Construction: Delivers the rigidity and wear resistance needed for consistent performance on No. 5 and No. 6 threads.
- Mini Type Geometry: Designed specifically for compact thread diameters while supporting UNC, UNF, UNEF, and UNS profiles.
- Through-Coolant Delivery: Keeps the cutting edge cool and maintains chip evacuation even in deeper or restricted holes.
By flushing chips away and cooling the edge at the same time, this thread mill reduces tool wear, minimizes cycle interruptions, and produces better thread quality in production or toolroom work.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
