Description
Carmex’s MTSB Mini Type thread milling cutters with through coolant are designed for precision internal threading of small-diameter holes. Built for Unified Thread Standards (UNC, UNF, UNEF, UNS), they deliver reliable chip evacuation and edge cooling in a compact MT7-shank form.
- Through coolant bore: High-pressure coolant travels through the tool into the pre-hole, washing away chips as you thread and keeping the cutting edge cool throughout the cycle.
- Solid carbide construction: Provides rigidity and wear resistance for accurate thread profiles and longer tool life in demanding threading operations.
- Mini MTSB design: Optimized geometry for small-diameter internal threads, aligning with No. 2 and No. 3 thread requirements.
- Internal coolant delivery: Direct cooling and lubrication at the cutting edge reduce wear and improve consistency over multiple passes.
- UN/UNC/UNF/UNEF/UNS compatibility: Precisely engineered to produce clean threads across standard Unified Thread configurations.
