Omega ER25 Collet is a coolant-sealed, standard-precision tool holder designed for ER25 spindle setups. It’s ideal for workshops and production environments where dependable run-out and clean coolant management matter in milling and drilling with round-shank tools.

This version delivers <10 μm run-out accuracy and a clamping range of 3–16 mm. The center slots are arranged to prevent coolant leakage, and newer versions feature a nose without the rubber seal for a simpler, cleaner seal path. To achieve a proper seal, pair the collet with solely round shank tooling that has no clamping flats—tools with flats will render the seal ineffective.
