The Omega ER25 Collet is a coolant-sealed, standard-precision toolholding accessory for ER25 spindle systems. With run-out under 10 μm, it helps deliver repeatable, accurate performance across milling and drilling tasks.

Designed for a 3–16 mm clamping range and compatible with 10 mm tooling shanks, this collet version notes that newer versions have no rubber seal on the nose. To maintain the seal and performance, use only round-shank tooling with no clamping flats—tooling with flats will render the collet ineffective.
