The Omega ER25 Collet is a standard coolant-sealed toolholder designed for CNC milling and drilling. It delivers high-precision clamping for round-shank tooling, with a clamping range of 3–16 mm to help you maintain tight tolerances and speed up setup time on everyday jobs.

Newer versions have no rubber seal on the nose. The collet features longitudinal slots that do not overlap at the centre, helping prevent coolant loss during cuts. For best sealing performance, use only round shank tooling with no clamping flats; tool shanks with flats can render the seal ineffective.
