The Omega ER25 Collet is a coolant-sealed, standard-precision collet designed for ER25 toolholders. It delivers exceptional repeatability with a 10 micron run-out, making it ideal for milling and drilling tasks that demand tight tolerances and clean finishes when using round-shank tooling.

This collet accommodates a 3–16 mm clamping range and uses a non-overlapping longitudinal slot design to minimize coolant leaks at the nose. Note that newer versions have no rubber seal on the nose. For best performance, be sure to use only round shank tooling with no clamping flats—tools with flats will render the seal ineffective.
