The Omega ER25 Collet is a coolant-sealed, standard-precision toolholder designed for milling centers and workshops that demand repeatable clamping for round-shank tooling. Its tight run-out — under 10 microns — helps you achieve cleaner finishes and tighter tolerances across a range of jobs.

Newer versions feature a nose seal design without a rubber seal and use non-overlapping longitudinal slots to minimize coolant leakage. To keep the seal effective, use only round shank tooling with no clamping flats; tooling with flats will render the collet ineffective.
