The Omega Products ER25 Collet Coolant Sealed is a standard-precision tool holding solution designed for CNC milling and other spindle-based machining. It provides a coolant-sealed interface that helps maintain a clean work area and delivers consistently centered, low-runout tool gripping for reliable results. Note: newer versions have no rubber seal on the nose.

• Ultra-precise run-out (<10 μm): Ensures consistent gripping and repeatable finishes by maintaining exceptionally tight tolerance between the tool and collet.
• Coolant-sealed design with non-overlapping slots: Longitudinal slots do not overlap at the center, preventing coolant from escaping and helping keep the work area and tooling clean.
• Wide clamping range (3–16 mm) with round-shank tooling: Supports a broad range of round tools; for best sealing results, use round shank tooling with no clamping flats—flats on tool shanks can render the seal ineffective.
