The Vortex Indexable U-Drill is a flexible holemaking solution designed for general-purpose drilling across steel, stainless steel, cast iron, exotics, and non-ferrous materials. It uses SPMG or SPKX ISO inserts and delivers efficient through-coolant capability with a 2xD maximum drill depth.
- Diameter: 34 mm

- Coolant: Internal through coolant capability for improved chip control
- Material applicability: General insert grade suitable for Steel, Stainless Steel, Cast Iron & Exotics

With interchangeable SPMG/SPKX inserts, you can tailor cutting performance to the material at hand, choosing grades that optimize efficiency and tool life. The through-coolant design helps maintain temperature and evacuate chips for cleaner holes, while the 2xD depth supports robust, through-hole drilling in a wide range of applications. The 34 mm diameter and compatible holder options add versatility, enabling quick setup and adaptability across different machining tasks.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
