The Vortex Indexable U-Drill is a versatile 19 mm indexable drilling solution designed for general purpose work across steel, stainless steel, cast iron, exotics, and non-ferrous materials. It works with SPMG/SPKX ISO inserts and offers a 4xD maximum drill depth for efficient holemaking in a single setup.

Designed for reliable, general-purpose drilling, this U-Drill supports a wide range of materials from steel to non-ferrous alloys. By using standard SPMG or SPKX ISO inserts, you can tailor wear resistance to the job and swap inserts easily to extend tool life. The 4xD maximum depth enables deeper holes in a single setup, while internal through coolant helps keep the cutting zone cool and assists with chip evacuation. With support for 2xD, 3xD, and 4xD holders, you can configure the system to match your hole depth and production needs.
