Description

This left-hand insert for aluminium is designed to pair with the YIH TROUN multifunctional slitting saw, delivering precise cuts with reliable stability in aluminium applications.

Orientation: Left-hand insert optimized for aluminium cutting on the LNGT2527NLS-EE F20 configuration.
Dimensions: 2.7mm width and 2.25mm blade thickness to fit the specified blade setup.
Material grades: Available in different grades to optimize performance across materials, including aluminium, stainless steel, heat-resistant alloys, cast iron, titanium, and Inconel.
Interchangeable thickness: Designed to be swapped among thicknesses from 1.4 to 5.5mm to meet the blade’s cutting requirements.
Chip breaker groove: Unique groove design enables effective chip evacuation, improving stability during deep groove machining.
Performance potential: Aims to extend tool life and boost machining efficiency, especially at higher cutting speeds.
